When you place an order with CreamyBits, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect any allergy or dietary information you provide, used solely to prepare your order safely. We use this information only to process your order, send you a confirmation email, and contact you about your pick-up.
We do not collect this information for marketing purposes and we will never send you unsolicited emails.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. CreamyBits never sees, stores, or has access to your card details. For information on how Stripe handles your payment data, visit stripe.com/privacy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location (city/country level). This data is collected via cookies and does not identify you personally.
