All CreamyBits orders are pick-up only in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Pick-up is available on Saturdays and Sundays only. We do not offer delivery at this time. Your pick-up location will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until payment is completed. Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM may not be available for pick-up the same weekend — we will contact you promptly if we are unable to fulfil your order.
If you need to cancel your order, please email orders@creamybits.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as your order will have already been prepared.
If we are ever unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund promptly.
We take care with every order, but we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contamination.
If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us at orders@creamybits.com before placing your order so we can advise you. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this allergy warning.
We put genuine care into every single order. If something is ever wrong, please reach out — we will always do our best to make it right. That said, CreamyBits is a small home-based business and, to the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for dissatisfaction, reactions, or illness beyond issuing a refund for the affected order.
We reserve the right to cancel or partially refund orders in the event of ingredient unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. You will always be notified as early as possible and refunded in full for anything we cannot fulfil.
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
